Some plans may include a free trial. If a payment method is required to start a trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Upgrades & Downgrades
You can change plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades typically apply at the next billing cycle. If your plan changes mid‑cycle, a proration may apply according to the time remaining in your current period.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis in line with our Terms of Service.
Invoices & Receipts
You’ll receive an email receipt for each successful payment. You can download invoices and update billing details from your account at any time.
Payment Methods
We accept major debit/credit cards. For annual Business plans, wire/ACH may be available—please contact us for options.
Taxes
Taxes may be added based on your billing address and applicable regulations. Any taxes will be shown on your checkout and invoices where required.
Usage & Limits
Each plan includes specific allowances (e.g., number of GEO Reports per month, EchoTune™ usage). If you exceed plan limits, you may be prompted to upgrade or wait for the next cycle reset.
